Report a Problem with your ewan deluxe
We're sorry you're having trouble with your ewan deluxe and really would like to help get him back to full health.

If your ewan’s sounds have suddenly become tinny and distorted, this is an indication that the battery needs to be charged as a low battery effects the sound quality.
If your ewan is switching himself on then he could have his smaryCRY sensor activated. To de-activate the smartCRY Sensor, press the crySensor button once, you should hear 3 simultaneous beeps - this signifies that the sensor is switched off.
If your ewan’s sounds only last a short while, this is an indication that the battery needs to be charged as a low battery effects the sound duration.
Make sure you have switched your ewan light from ‘OFF’ to ‘ON’. Open up his tummy and remove the control pod. Press the Light button to toggle between light OFF / 50% / 100%. Replace the control pod into ewan’s tummy. ewan will now light up while he plays his sounds.
Make sure you have switched your ewan volume from ‘quiet’ to ‘loud’. Open up his tummy and remove the control pod. Press the Volume button to toggle between 100% / 80% / 60% /40% / 20% / 0%. Replace the control pod into ewan’s tummy. ewan will now play his sounds louder.
If your ewan’s sounds are still quiet, this could be an indication that the battery needs to be charged as a low battery effects the sound quality.
Press the Sound buttons on the side of the pod to cycle through ewan's sounds. Button one: Womb, Vacuum Cleaner, Harp Melody, Shush, Rainfall. Button two: Car Ride, Waves, Hairdryer, Bird Song, Fan.
