* Free Standard Delivery on orders over £24.99 applies to UK mainland only.

*While we'll do our utmost, pre-Christmas delivery isn't guaranteed, as it depends on courier operations. Order by the 20th for your best shot.

*Please note that personalised orders will require an additional 24 hours for processing, even if you select a next-day delivery service.

* During the festive period (November & December) we won't be able to offer our normal speedy service of getting your order to you, due to the volume of orders we receive. This might also mean we won't be able to offer express shipping to all locations. There may be a delay of up to 10 working days added to order delivery. This year particularly the Royal Mail strikes have sadly added to the strain on all other courier networks. ☹️ We will endeavour to deliver your parcel as quickly as we can.

Your order will be delivered by courier, and we strive to ensure it reaches you within 3 working days, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. However, please note that if the courier's delivery is later than this, it is beyond our control. We do our utmost to facilitate timely deliveries, but external factors may occasionally cause delays. Rest assured, we're here to support you through any unforeseen circumstances and ensure your satisfaction with our service.

Please note orders placed on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Any parcels not collected or refused delivery will be returned to Sweet Dreamers and you will be charged for the return of the goods.

We cannot be held responsible if you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by somebody other than yourself. This includes pre-filled addresses used in fast pay services, for example: Apple Pay & Google Pay.
