Multi award-winning, super cute ewan the sheep mimics the comfort of the womb with a selection of ‘pink and white noise’ soothing sounds, including actual recordings of womb and heartbeat, combined with a warm pink calming glow, to lull your newborn or toddler into a peaceful slumber. For babies under 12 months, use ewan’s Velcro tail to suspend him from cot bars or place beside Moses basket to follow safer sleep guidelines.
Sleep deprived parents will appreciate ewan the dream sheep just as much as their tired tot does! Designed to recreate the soothing sensation of the womb, ewan emits soft sounds at the low base frequency that babies hear in the womb, known as pink noise and combines this with a calming warm glow, to reassure your baby or toddler.
There are four soundtracks to choose from; vacuum cleaner, rainfall, harp melody and womb. Each of these sounds is combined with an actual recording of a mum’s resting heartbeat to help settle your little one. Paediatric research suggests that these sounds have been proven to be extremely calming and can help settle babies with COLIC induced pain.The light and sound displays feature a 20 minute timer with automatic shut off, saving you the inconvenience having to get out of bed to switch ewan off. You'll find ewan loves to travel, attaching easily to cot bars, pushchairs or car seats, perfect for family holidays and overnight stays when your little one needs to see a familiar friendly face.
We highly recommend using Lithium Ion batteries but if this is not possible we would recommend high quality Alkaline batteries for use in our products. Do not mixed brands of batteries and always use brand new batteries when replacing them inside the product.

Hang him on the cot bars with his Velcro tail or onto the Moses basket handle, bedside crib handle again using his tail, or pop Ewan on a bedside table (within 1metre of the baby).
Important: Always suspend Ewan by his Velcro tail and never place him directly inside the sleep space. Following safer sleep guidelines is key so remember, a safe cot is a clear cot!

We love the Ewan the sheep and will often buy this for expecting family or friends. Only down fall is children get really attached to them! 4 and half years later my little boy still loves to sleep with him and needs it to help him regulate when upset/l. We have lost it more than once and it’s come back (thankfully) as he doesn’t accept any others! 😂 so in our eyes it’s more then a sleeping machine is a huge comfort for our little boy even if it’s a bit battered!

I am a Nanna and by two grandchildren were both hypnotised by Ewan.
Consequently I have bought one for all of my friends children when they have had babies.
A gift of clothes lasts weeks but Ewan can be used for a couple of years. I think it’s important to use it as soon as they get home from hospital.
