"Can you recommend a crib to have downstairs during the day for nap times?"
A great option is to have a Moses basket downstairs, now these are quite versatile - you can move them from room to room. This one is a Mobauk Moses basket, but you can get lots of different options in retail stores or online and they are quite reasonably priced. Now it's really important to remember to remove your baby when you are moving the basket from room to room.
