How to use classic ewan the dream sheep
1finding the control pod
Locate the control pod inside ewan's Velcro tummmy pouch.
2inserting batteries
You will need:
- A Cross-head Screwdriver
- 3 x AAA Batteries (LR03 1.5V max)
Firstly, remove the control pod from the Velcro pocket in ewan’s tummy. Insert 3 x AAA batteries (NOT INCLUDED) into the battery compartment located on the back of the control pod. Unscrew the lid screw with a cross-head screwdriver, insert the batteries observing the correct polarity ( + / - ) as illustrated or indicated on the inside of the battery compartment, then replace the lid and screw to secure in place. Do not over-tighten screw. Reinsert the control pod securely into ewan's Velcro tummy pocket, ensuring you seal the Velcro.
3adjust volume and light
Remove the control pod from the Velcro pocket in ewan’s tummy. Locate the Volume switch on the control pod, toggle between QUIET/LOUD. Turn the Light ON/OFF by toggling the Light switch. Reinsert the control pod securely into ewan's Velcro tummy pocket, ensuring you seal the Velcro.
NOTE: If ewan is in 'try me' mode he will only play songs/activate for 2 minutes. Switch him to 'normal' mode to make him play for 20 minutes.
4turn ON/OFF & select sounds
To activate classic ewan the dream sheep, squeeze one of the four buttons located at the top of each of his legs. Each leg plays a different sound for 20 minutes. The light will activate with sound if the Light switch is toggled to the ON position.
To deactivate classic ewan the dream sheep, squeeze and hold any of the four buttons located at the top of each of his legs and hold for 5 seconds.
NOTE: If ewan is in 'try me' mode he will only play songs/activate for 2 minutes. Please see above (point 3) how to switch him into 'normal' mode, making him play for 20 minutes.
5where to put ewan
You can suspend ewan securely from your cot, pushchair or car seat using his Velcro tail. DO NOT place directly over baby's head. Alternatively place ewan next to your baby's cot or moses basket.
