A sleep trainer that helps toddlers know when it's time to wake… Misty's clever Sleep Training Function is suitable for children over 12 months old and is designed to help toddlers understand when it's time to sleep and when it's time to get up. Misty's sleep trainer allows parents to set their preferred sleep and wake up time. When they want to encourage bedtime, Misty glows amber to signal sleepy time. At the pre-set wake-up time, the cloud changes to green, giving little ones a simple visual cue that it's now OK to get up.
By introducing a consistent visual cue into the bedtime routine, Misty can help parents encourage healthy sleep habits while giving their toddler a greater sense of independence.
