A follower asked:

"My 5 week old can sleep in 4/5 hour stretches but more often than not will wake up damp and the nappy if full, do we need to change the brand?"

So, what should I do if my baby wakes up damp because their nappy has leaked?

Firstly, most importantly always make sure you have put your baby down in a fresh clean nappy.

Secondly, make sure that it fits, you should only be able to get one finger between the waist band and the thigh area. Now if after checking you find that the nappy doesn't fit, then you may want to adjust the size, or even opt for a different brand all together - one that offers 12 hours of over night protection.
