A normal temperature for a baby is around 36.4°C. You can take your baby's temperature using a digital thermometer.

If your baby's temperature is 38°C or above, that is considered a fever and you will need to take your baby's temperature every couple of hours or so.

Another indication of wether your baby has a high temperature is if they feel hot to touch on either their forehead, back or stomach. They could also feel clammy or sweaty and have flushed cheeks.
