I've set up my bedside sleeper, now what? Do I need a sheet? Can I swaddle baby?

Yes you would need a fitted sheet on the mattress in the bedside crib and you can swaddle if you want to, just make sure as soon as your baby starts to roll that you stop swaddling. Another option would be to use a baby sleeping bag, these are great because then you don't have to worry about any loose bedding in the crib itself, but also remember no duvets, no pillows nothing else at all in the crib with your little one - a clear cot is a safe cot.
