What should the room temperature be for a two month old baby?

Safe sleep guidelines recommend that the ideal room temperature should be between 16°C and 20°C. Now that's for all babies, all year round. Now during the winter we can all be tempted to add extra layers, such as blankets but it's really important to make sure that your baby doesn't overheat, because this can increase the risk of sudden infant death syndrome.

So avoid bulky beading such as duvets, and importantly monitor the temperature inside the room where your baby is sleeping, as well as your baby's temperature too.
