Am I hydrated? Now this is really important - not only for pregnant mums to be but everybody in the family. If you look at this chart, 1 to 3 = healthy pee, 4 to 8 = you must hydrate! Other signs of dehydration include dry lips and mouth, headaches, fatigue and dizziness.
It's recommended that adults drink between 6 and 8 medium sized glasses of water per day.
Children should be offered around 6 to 8 smaller cups of water per day.
Babies who are weaned, or who are bottle fed can be offered 2 to 3oz of cooled boiled water.
Stay safe in the sun and keep yourself hydrated.
